ShipUniversal has expanded its domestic pickup network, adding coverage across dozens of tier-2 and tier-3 cities in addition to our existing metro presence. The rollout brings faster, more reliable collection times to businesses and individual shippers who previously had to route parcels through a regional drop-off point before they entered our export pipeline.
The expansion is a direct response to where our shipping volumes have been growing fastest: manufacturing and export clusters outside the traditional metro hubs. By placing pickup capacity closer to where goods are actually produced and packed, we're cutting the time between booking a shipment and it leaving the origin city — which matters most for time-sensitive and perishable cargo.
What's new for shippers:
- Same-day pickup scheduling in newly added cities, subject to cut-off times shown at checkout.
- Wider coverage for bulk and commercial accounts that previously needed to arrange their own transport to a regional hub.
- Consistent tracking from collection, with scan events generated at the moment of pickup rather than on arrival at a sort facility.
- Simplified booking, using the same instant quote and scheduling flow already available on our website.
