What you'll do
- Coordinate bookings across air, ocean and ground carriers
- Track shipments end-to-end and proactively resolve exceptions
- Work with customs brokers to keep documentation clean and compliant
- Be the point of contact customers trust for status and updates
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations
- Calm under pressure with sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable with tracking systems and spreadsheets
